Pathworo Association for Social Development

We, the members of Pathworo community one of the genuine communities of Collo tribe of South Sudan, which takes the village of Pathworo as our homeland Panyikang county, a few kilometers south east of Malakal town, Upper Nile State, and its bordered by three(3) Collo communities that include: 1) Palo at the north 2) Adhidhiang at the west and 3) Pajo at the south.

    Dedicating our lives the realization of the in-alienable of the indigenous people of the Pathworo, Collo at large and the South Sudan as a whole preservation and protection of customs, values and human heritage.

Firmly believe in the legitimate cause of the people of Pathworo community and their just demand for the exercises of their right towards development in their land through this association.

Recognizing that it is only through the use of peaceful methods under the leadership of the Government of the National Unity, Government of Upper Nile State and under the umbrella of the Collo King “Reth” Kwongo Dak Padiet, can conflicts that arias between people and communities can be resolve without the need to resort to violence, in order to achieve peaceful coexistence, development and more prosperous society.
